CIRCUIT COURT OPINIONS

Compact incorporated into Virginia Code. - Circuit court need not take judicial notice of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority Compact, because the Compact was, itself, the law of the Commonwealth of Virginia as the Compact was entered into by the Commonwealth of Virginia, and was incorporated in the Code of Virginia at §§ 56-529 and 56-530. Commonwealth v. Fox, 78 Va. Cir. 40, 2008 Va. Cir. LEXIS 177 (Fairfax County 2008).
