Chapter Held Unconstitutional. - Chapter 92 of the General Statutes, relating to the licensing and supervision of photographers, was held unconstitutional as violative of former Art. I, §§ 1, 17 and 31 of the State Constitution (See now N.C. Const., Art. I, §§ 1, 19 and 34). State v. Ballance, 229 N.C. 764, 51 S.E.2d 731 (1949).
